Just Breathing Until the last breath of life. The Secret of life is only Breath. Yes, look and feel your breath whenever you breathe.
Keep breathing – Just Breathing!
The truth is, we know that inadvertent breathing is lethargic!
But do you think that the work done unknowingly was done by mistake?
So don’t we make a mistake in breathing!
The presence of the mind with time is the only real meditation.
Always live in the waking state and always keep breathing.
Breathing is a semi-unconscious reflex. It works in two modes, manual and automatic if you want.
Whenever you are not voluntarily engaging in “manual”, it reverses to a reflex rather than an action. Technically, it is “semi-autonomous”.
The same is true for blinking for example.
So, the sole fact to think of it pokes it out of autonomous mode and an effort is required. Which can become quite uncomfortable? But the least distraction will make it go “reflex” again.
A meditator would tell you because you are holding your attention there and “following your breath”
If you get caught up in a good movie, you will find you did not breathe consciously at all until something made you remember your breath. You were holding your attention to the movie, not the breath, so that is what filled your consciousness.
