Consciously take a moment to breathe in. The process of breathing every moment always makes one feel alert.

The ancient conscious Breathing technique (meditation on the breath) has been used around the world for centuries to focus, heal physical or mental defects, and cope with any partial distress or negativity.

When mindfulness began to become popular, many people assumed that this one coming and going was another new trend. (Within a few years of the Internet) – But the endless benefits of meditation always make life beautiful and peaceful.

More and more research and the experiences of accomplished men are showing us that this is not just another “trend”. The benefits of meditating on the self have the power to really nourish, maintain, protect, and improve your mental and physical health.

Take A Moment To Breathe Meaning

When one tries to meditate, they often imagine being calm and quiet for a long time, but there are many different ways to meditate and meditate. Which has been studied recently, and that is mindfulness meditation. This meditation is not just about sitting quietly and breathing, the important thing is to meditate on the breaths. Feel your breath coming and going.

Certainly, this process can be called meditation but take a moment to breathe. Now take another breath … Continue … take a moment to breathe.

If you can see your breath every moment, I mean keep an eye on your breath, you can be said to be in deep meditation every moment.

Importance of breathing every moment!

Breathe that it is the gateway to your autonomic nervous system. It is an action by which you can simultaneously control conscious breathing. But, it always happens even without you thinking about it, which is a great thing to keep you alive.

So, when you learn to monitor your breathing and breathe consciously, you can use it to affect your nervous system.

So why is it really an important gateway to create a sense of inner peace and tranquility? Often we get stressed so this can be one of your basic tools to calm you down whenever you want.

So let’s do an experimental practice for yourself. I just want you to measure your stress level. On a scale of one to ten, you say you’re five in the middle. No stress! Or are ten completely stressed?

Just notice that we will now breathe for a minute. I want you to notice the process of your inhalation and your exhalation carefully … so breathe in and out through the nose if possible and exhale through the nose if possible. So take a moment to breathe…

But if you need to exhale through the mouth, that is a calculation of exhaling. And I want you to calculate that you do a full breathing cycle in a minute.

Ready! And…

Begin to Take a moment to breathe

Not attempt to control or change your breathing when you try to see the breaths. But just observe the breath, observe the breath, Inhale and Exhale.

This process takes up to a minute.

If the breath is calming or lengthening, just pay attention by observing the breath. A few more seconds …. and stop

Now, look at how many breathing cycles you had. Some of you may have as few as four, or five of you may have as many as 10.

There is no right or wrong, but I want you to check now on a scale of 1 to 10 and note how much you are stressed or not. And see if you go a few steps down.

I know that even to lead an exercise, I probably experience a low number on the stress scale. So just by observing the breath and counting the breaths in and out for a minute, we were able to create a feeling of greater peace. It is important to understand and accept that.
